Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 3 slices crumbled cooked bacon (optional)
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup relish
  • 14 cup chopped celery (If desired)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil eggs and once cooled cut in half length wise.

    Mix all ingreients and egg yolks into a large mixing bowl.

    Place Mixture into egg halves.

    Top with bacon bits if desired.
