- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped pimiento
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 (No. 2 size) can French fried onion rings

2a layer of peas, egg slices, pimiento and cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Spread half of the soup over the top. Repeat layers.
