- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. French-cut frozen green beans
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. instant bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Cook beans until tender; drain.

2Melt butter and cook onions until glossy.

3Add sugar, prepared mustard, salt, pepper and instant bouillon which has been dissolved in 2 tablespoons water. Blend well and let simmer just until mixed.

4Add to the cooked beans and simmer 10 minutes longer or until flavor is absorbed in the beans.

5Serves 8 to 10.
