Deviled Macaroni Salad

- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimento
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
Directions

1Bring 6 cups water to a boil with salt.

2Add macaroni slowly and stir frequently.

3Cook about 10 to 12 minutes.

4Drain thoroughly and rinse with hot water.

5Cool.

6Mash 2 eggs and add remaining ingredients.

7Combine with cooled macaroni and chill. Garnish with remaining egg, sliced.

8Makes 8 generous servings.
