Diabetic Apple Pie

- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened applejuice concentrate, thawed or 1/2 can (12 oz.) can
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (I use less)
- 6 c. peeled sliced apples
Directions

1Prepare pie crust; set aside.

2Mix flour and cinnamon; slowly add to apple juice.

3Pour into 3-quart saucepan.

4Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until boils and thickens. Remove from heat.

5Add apples to hot mixture; stir until well coated.

6Spoon into pie crust; dot with some butter.

7Cover with top crust.

8Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then 350° for 35 minutes. If pie browns to quickly, cover with foil during last 15 minutes.
