  • 3 to 5 slices apples
  • 6 oz. can frozen apple juice (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Combine apple juice with cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter.

    Place sliced apples in unbaked pie crust and pour apple juice mixture over apples.

    Add top crust.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

    Lower heat to 375° for 20 minutes.

    Remove foil last 20 minutes.
