- 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. soybean flour
- 6 c. gluten flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and salt in water in large bowl.

2Add soybean flour, stirring slowly; add the gluten flour and mix well into a soft dough.

3Cover with a clean cloth, let rise until almost doubled in bulk, then punch dough down, and let rise 30 minutes more.

4Turn out onto a lightly floured board; cut into loaf sizes (2 pieces). Shape into loaves, place into greased loaf pans.

5Let rise for 30 minutes.

6Then bake in a 350° oven for about 50 minutes.
