- 3/4 c. raisins
- 3 level Tbsp. cornstarch
- water
- vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. diet butter
- 2 c. milk (skim or 2%)
- 3 to 4 packets Weight Watchers sweetener
- egg yolk
- dash of salt
Directions

1Put raisins in boiling water.

2Drain.

3Set aside.

4Warm on low heat milk.

5Add cornstarch that has been mixed with a little water.

6Beat up an egg yolk in this mixture.

7Pour slowly into milk; add vanilla, salt, butter and sweetener.

8Cook on low heat until thick and bubbly.

9Add raisins and pour into a cooled pie shell.

10Top with your favorite meringue.
