  • 3 tenderized deer steaks
  • 3 sliced potatoes
  • 1 can Campbell's French onion soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Season steaks with garlic powder and flour.

    Brown in hot oil (enough oil to cover bottom of pan).

    Place steaks in bottom of casserole dish; top with potatoes.

    Add soup and mushrooms.

    Cover and bake at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.
