- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1/3 c. dry milk powder
- 3 tsp. brown sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. orange rind
- 1/2 tsp. butter extract
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce
Directions

1Crumble bread and add dry ingredients.

2In another bowl, combine egg, butter extract and applesauce.

3Combine the two and mix until smooth.

4Bake in a 2 x 4-inch loaf pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
