- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Weight Watchers biscuits
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine. Spoon flour over them.

2Combine milk and seasonings.

3Add to vegetables.

4Place in an 8 x 8-inch dish.

5Put chicken on top. Cover with biscuits.

6Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until brown.
