  • 1/4 c. unpopped popcorn
  • 2 c. bite-size Shredded Wheat squares
  • 2 c. round toasted oat cereal
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dry Italian dressing

Directions

    Pop the popcorn without oil.

    Combine with next 2 ingredients and bake in 300° oven for 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle with butter. Combine cheese and dressing mix.

    Sprinkle this over mixture. Makes 9 cups.
