Ingredients

  • 1 large peach Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. small marshmallows
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 3 bananas, diced
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

    Add cold water, marshmallows, pineapple (drained, save juice) and bananas.

    Let jell.

    Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, butter and egg.

    Cook over low heat until thick, then add cream cheese, then chill. After it is chilled add whipped topping.

    Spread over top of Jell-O mixture.

    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
