- 4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded very thin
- 13 cup Dijon mustard
- 13 cup dry white wine (I was a little heavy handed with the wine...probably used 1/2 cup)
- 1 12 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2In shallow bowl, combine mustard and wine.

3In a second bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan.

4Dip pounded chicken in mustard mixture to coat both sides, then in crumb mixture.

5Place on greased baking sheet.

6Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until done.

7Serve with fettuccine, lightly tossed with diced tomato, parsley and room-temperature commercial Italian salad dressing.

8Add a green vegetable of your choice.

9Serve fruit for dessert.
