Green Pea Casserole

  • 1 lb. can green peas, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 32 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 3/4 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix all but last 3 ingredients.

    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Then top with cheese.

    Mix crackers and margarine. Put on top of cheese.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
