  • 3 slices bacon

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

    Save 1/4 cup of liquid from cooking.
