- 4 ounces salmon fillets
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 12 tablespoons honey
- 14 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 14 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2In small bowl wisk together buter, mustard and honey.

3Set aside.

4In small bowl mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsely.

5Spray pan with Pam and place salmon fillets in pan.

6Brush both sides of salmon lightly with honey mustard mixture.

7Sprinkle tops of fillets with bread crumb pecan mixutre.

8Bake 15 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
