- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. dill seed
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Combine in bowl cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast.

3Add flour in 2 additions, beating well.

4Let rise until light and doubled (50 to 60 minutes).

5Stir down dough.

6Turn into well-greased casserole 8 inches round.

7Let rise until light (30 to 40 minutes).

8Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

9Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
