- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. large curd cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water and 2 tablespoons sugar.

2Mix all ingredients except flour in a large bowl and beat well.

3Then add flour until it is not sticky.

4Let raise for 2 hours, then work and make into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.

5Oil the top and let raise until double size.

6Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
