  • small cukes
  • 2 to 3 onions, cut
  • 3 level Tbsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. whole spices (mixed)
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 heads dill

Directions

    Fill 1/2 gallon jar with small cukes.

    Sprinkle dill in jar as you fill it.

    Add salt, vinegar, onions and spices.
  4. 4
    Fill jar with cold water and refrigerate.
  5. 5
    Leave a few days, then the jar may be shaken daily until salt is dissolved.

    Do not use for a few weeks.
