Ingredients

  • 1 qt. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. salt
  • 3 qt. boiling water
  • fresh dill
  • garlic cloves
  • grape leaves
  • small whole cucumber or wedged large ones

Directions

    Mix vinegar, salt and water.

    Bring mixture to a boil. Prepare cucumbers and fill jars.
  3. 3
    Place 1 dill head, grape leaf and separated garlic clove into each jar.
  4. 4
    Pour boiling mixture on top and seal each jar tightly.
  5. 5
    Turn upside-down so liquid gets to garlic and dill.
