  • 64 oz. kosher dill pickles, drained
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pickling spice

    Stir sugar and vinegar through cut up pickles, making sure all sugar is wet.

    Add pickling spice and let sit, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Let soak good in the syrup.

    Add to jar.
