- 30 to 36 cucumbers (3 to 4 inches long)
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. kosher salt
- fresh dill
- garlic (about 1 clove per qt.)
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Make a brine of vinegar, water and salt; bring to a boil. Place the dill, garlic and mustard seed in bottom of jar.

2Pack cucumbers in jar and pour brine to within 1/2-inch of top.

3Fasten lids and process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
