Ingredients

  • 30 to 36 cucumbers (3 to 4 inches long)
  • 3 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. water
  • 6 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • fresh dill
  • garlic (about 1 clove per qt.)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed

Directions

    Make a brine of vinegar, water and salt; bring to a boil. Place the dill, garlic and mustard seed in bottom of jar.

    Pack cucumbers in jar and pour brine to within 1/2-inch of top.

    Fasten lids and process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
