- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. stock
- 2 Tbsp. dill, chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- salt
Directions

1Melt butter; add flour until well blended.

2Add stock, gradually, while stirring, then cook slowly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Add dill, vinegar and sugar.

4Season to taste.

5Remove from heat and add egg yolk.
