- 22 slices very thin white bread
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. dried dill
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Remove crusts from bread.

3Stack slices of bread and cut diagonally into triangles.

4Combine melted butter, oil and dill in a bowl.

5Brush triangles on both sides with the mixture and arrange on baking sheets.

6Bake just until golden, about 10 minutes.

7Remove.

8The toasts can be made 5 to 6 hours ahead.

9Leave at cool room temperature, covered loosely with foil.
