  • 1 (15 ounce) can salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 12 cup finely chopped parsley
  • crackers and sliced vegetables

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except parsley, crackers and vegetables in medium bowl.

    Shape into a ball and roll in parsley.
