  • 4 c. water
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • beans
  • whole garlic cloves
  • dill seed

Directions

    Parboil beans 15 minutes.

    Place in hot jars and add 1 clove garlic and 1 teaspoon of dill seed to each jar.

    Combine water, vinegar and salt and heat; cover beans with hot vinegar mixture. Seal jars.

    Makes approximately 6 pints.
