- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 1 c. cottage cheese (I put mine in blender; warm it)
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. instant onion
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (I use more, 2 1/2 to 3 c.)
Directions

1Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water; let stand 10 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, oleo, salt, sugar and baking soda.

2Stir. Add onion, dill, egg and softened yeast.

3Beat well.

4Add flour gradually.

5Cover with wet cloth.

6Let raise in warm place until double in bulk.

7Stir dough down, knead and pinch into loaf pan proportions.

8Let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
