- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 lb. carrots, cut into 2-inch strips or 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add vinegar and sugar and mix well.

3Add carrots and dill weed.

4Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.

5Pour sauce over carrots and let stand overnight.
