- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt or light salt
- 2 Egg Beaters
- 1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 5 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

2Add sugar, Butter Buds, salt and 1 cup of flour; beat until smooth.

3Add rest of flour a little at a time; continue stirring until smooth. Cover and let rise until double in a warm place (about 40 minutes).

4Spoon batter in 24 muffin cups that have been sprayed with cooking spray.

5Fill each about 1/2 full.

6Again, let rise until dough reaches top of muffin tins (30 minutes).

7Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.

8Yields 24 rolls.
