- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3 Tbsp. cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. sugar substitute
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until whites are stiff but not dry.

3Fold in yolks, cottage cheese and sugar substitute.

4Do not over mix.

5Place mixture on sheet, placing one tablespoon on top of another until each roll is about 2 inches high.

6Repeat until you have six piles.

7Preheat oven to 300°.

8Bake 1 hour.
