- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, active dry yeast and Italian seasoning.

2Heat milk, water, sugar, butter and garlic salt until warm, 115° to 120°.

3Add to flour mixture.

4Add eggs. Beat at low speed of electric mixer 1/2 minute.

5Beat 3 minutes at high speed.

6Stir in Parmesan cheese.

7Using an additional 3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, add as much as you can stir.

8Turn out on floured surface and knead in enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough.

9Shape into ball.

10Place in a greased bowl.

11Cover and let rise in a warm place until double, 45 minutes.
