  • any kind of cookies (shortbread, Oreo, etc.) or graham crackers, crushed to make 3 c.
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 qt. chocolate ice cream
  • 1 large and 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding, cooked and cooled
  • 1 large and 1 small container Cool Whip

Directions

    Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter and dash of cinnamon. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Spread slightly thawed ice cream over cookies and freeze.
