  • 20 oz. Oreos, ground
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 boxes vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 container Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix the powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese and set aside. Add the milk to the pudding. Add the first mixture and fold into the Cool Whip. Layer the white mixture and alternate with the Oreos. Can top with anything desired.
