   Mix the instant pudding and milk together.

   Mix the cream cheese together with pudding mixture until well blended.

   Fold Cool Whip into the pudding and cream cheese mixture; mix well. Divide crushed Oreo cookies in half.

   Fold into mixture 1/2 of the cookie crumbs.

   Mix in the gummy worms.

   Place mixture into a clean, large flowerpot.

   Add the rest of cookie crumbs on top. Refrigerate.

   Before serving, decorate with a few silk flowers or holiday theme.
