Directions

   Crush Oreo cookies very fine.

   Set aside.

   Cream together the cream cheese and butter.

   Set aside.

   Mix pudding with milk.

   Add the Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture. Alternate layers of pudding mixture and cookies and end with cookies on top layer.
