  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Crush cookies (reserve one for top).

    Pack bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch with half of cookies; press firmly.

    Beat cheese and sugar until creamy.

    Add milk and vanilla.

    Add the 2 boxes of pudding; beat until thick.

    Pour over cookies, then add other half of cookies on top.

    Spread Cool Whip on top.

    Grate cookies on top for dirt effect.

    Refrigerate.
