   Cream butter, cheese and sugar.

   In separate bowl mix pudding and milk until well blended. Then

   in Cool Whip.

   Add this to cream cheese mixture. Layer in 8-inch flower pot, starting with cookie mix (dirt),

    a few

    gummy worms

    pudding/cream cheese mixture. Continue layers, ending with dirt. Freeze for later use.

    with artificial flowers, etc. and serve with a small garden spade.
