   Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese.

   Make pudding and add to cream cheese mixture.

   Fold in Cool Whip.

   Cover bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan with 1/2 Oreo crumbs.

   Add Cool Whip mixture.

   Cover with remaining crushed cookies on top.

   Chill overnight.
