- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- gummy worms
Directions

1Cream margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

2Mix milk, pudding and Cool Whip.

3Add to first mixture.

4Line pot with 1-inch of cookie crumbs, then 1-inch of filling, ending with cookie crumbs.

5Gummy worms are inserted while layering with a couple peeping through the top layer.

6Refrigerate 2 hours.
