2 box vanilla instant pudding
3 cup milk
12 oz cool whip

Directions

crush cookies and set aside

cream together cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla and set aside.

combine pudding and milk

fold in cool whip

mix cheese and pudding together, put a layer of cookie crumbs in bottom of pan.

pour mix into pan a.d top with cookie crumbs.
