  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large bowl Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. Oreo cookies

    Cream the cream cheese, sugar and margarine.

    Mix next 4 ingredients.

    Combine cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture. Fold in Cool Whip.

    In flowerpot (clean) put a coffee can lid in bottom.

    Alternate pudding mixture and crushed Oreo cookies, ending with layer of Oreos.

    Top with gummy worms.
