  • 2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 medium size Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

    Mix pudding and milk; set aside.

    Mix butter and cream cheese until smooth.

    Add sugar and mix well.

    Add Cool Whip and mix well.

    Add pudding; mix well.

    Crush Oreos and cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Spread pudding mixture over Oreo crumbs. Cover top of mixture with crushed Oreo crumbs.

    Refrigerate.
