  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. Karo
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

    Cook sugar, Karo and water in an iron skillet until it spins a thread.

    Beat egg whites and slowly pour in syrup, stirring constantly.

    Add vanilla and pecans.
