  • 10 medium or 8 to 9 large potatoes
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp. onion salt or plain salt
  • chopped green onion and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    Cook and mash potatoes.

    Beat in remaining ingredients. Adjust seasonings.

    Place in 2-quart casserole.

    Cool, cover and refrigerate.
