Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 12 pimento stuffed olives, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Toss cabbage, sugar, onion, olives and green pepper in a large bowl; set aside.

2Boil celery seed, mustard, pepper, vinegar and oil 3 minutes.

3Pour hot mixture over cabbage.

4Toss well.

5Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.

6Stir occasionally. Serves 8.
