  • 1 box butterscotch instant pudding mix (small box)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix together batter ingredients on low speed for about 1 minute.

    Beat at higher speed for approximately another minute.
