  • 5 tsp. Morton Quick salt
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
  • 3 tsp. red pepper

    Knead daily for the next 3 days.

    On the fourth day, shape into 5 small loaves. Place on a cookie sheet; bake for 10 hours at 200°.
