- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup chicken stock
- 34 cup lemon juice

Directions

1Combine all ingredients (first 12).

2With a 16 oz jar of grape leaves, remove stems, place shiny side down and wrap 1 Tbsp of mixture in leaf.

3Layer in a pot along w/ leafy greens & simmer in stock & lemon juice 1 hour.

4Allow to cool before transfering.
