Dona'S Chicken Enchiladas

  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 c. Colby and Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. chopped chicken
  • 4 oz. green chilies, chopped

Directions

    Put 2 tablespoons each of chicken, cheese and onion on tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Do all 12 this way. Then melt margarine and blend in flour; add broth and cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and chilies. Pour over tortillas in baking dish; sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
